The Second Round Of RAM Auctions Closes

Now that the second round of RAM RFO bidding has concluded, with the SCE auction being the most important one, we shall see how the winners are determined for this round. See some prior posts for the results from the November RAM auctions for SCE and PG&E as to  who won and who bid then.

Surely the drop out of the Cluster #4 projects that could bid for the first time now, has reduced the number of projects eligible for this May round.

Discussions of what to bid to win were such hot topics as May ended.
